Getting Help With Glass

I have always had problems renovating my home, which is one of the reasons I started focusing so seriously on finding contractors. I began going through and looking for incredible places who could help with everything from replacing my carpet to taking care of finding new glass, and a few months ago, I was able to find a contractor that I felt really great about working with. They went through my home and replaced all of the auto glass, and I was really impressed with how great of a job they did for me. This blog is all about getting help with glass.

3 Van Accessories Your New House Cleaning Company Can Benefit From

by Lynn Webb

Now that you're getting ready to dispatch your cleaning vans to take care of your new customer base, it's a good idea to think about how you can accessorize them for optimal convenience and production levels. Here are three van accessories your cleaning company shouldn't be without:

Movable Shelving

To ensure that your cleaning crew stays organized and your cleaning vans uncluttered, it's important to install a movable shelving system inside of it. The shelving bases can be mounted to the interior walls of the van, and shelves on rollers can be installed within the bases.

Your cleaning crew can then move the shelves from one side to make room for larger items when necessary and can roll them in and out for easy access to things that are stored in the back. Label the shelves so everyone knows exactly where every cleaning supply and accessory goes so it all stays organized as time goes on.

Magnetic Signs

An excellent way to advertise your new cleaning business is to stick some magnetic signs on the doors of your cleaning vans. The signs should feature your company name, a logo, and slogan if you have them, and contact information that prospective customers can use to schedule a cleaning appointment with you.

And the signs won't just help advertise your business, they'll also help people identify your cleaning vans so they don't look suspicious when driving in strange neighborhoods or parked in front of customers' houses.

A Glass Rack

One of the most important accessories you can invest in for your company is a glass rack for vans. By installing a glass rack on the exterior of each cleaning van, you'll provide lots of extra storage space so you don't have to maintain large vans within your fleet. Keeping the size of the vans in your fleet on the small side could help save you money on things like gas and insurance as times goes on.

Large cleaning items such as buckets of bleach, tubs of garbage bags, and anything else that can be kept outside can be stored on the glass racks to make more room inside for the weather-sensitive stuff. You can also store a large water container to ensure that everyone on your cleaning crew can easily stay hydrated while they work.

Installing these accessories on your cleaning vans should help optimize employee performance and productivity and in turn increase your profit margins as time goes on.
